10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

  • Items in Stock: For Standard Delivery items, the processing time is 2-5 working days.
  • Delivery fee: Free Delivery for above RM130 order.
  • Out of Stock Items: Please email or call us for assistance.
  • Delivery method: We use Cold Chain delivery service, please make sure to store the foods in fridge once you received.

11. PAYMENTS

All goods purchased require a one-time payment through various available methods such as Visa, MasterCard, or online payment. Payment cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. Failure to obtain authorization may result in delays or non-delivery of the order.
